# INOH (v4 2011/03) Integrating Network Objects with Hierarchies (INOH) archive. I downloaded these data from inoh.hgc.jp, [here](http://inoh.hgc.jp/download.html), and also received XSLT stylesheets, etc. (tools) via email from one of INOH team authors, Satoko Sakai Yamamoto stk-y AT qk9.so-net.ne.jp (on 2015/08/06). However, they used other in-house scripts (not available here) for adding the details of information to the BioPAX owl files (owl is produced with the style sheets). By the way, inoh.org domain does not belong to the original INOH project anymore. Also, I did not get any reply when contacting info@inoh.org or info@inoh.hgc.jp. In fact, the project ended in 2011, and all the data can simply disapper sooner or later. The [web services](http://inoh.hgc.jp/inoh_api_manual.html) do not work as expected (you either get an "empty" result, or HTTP error status codes: 500 or 301 without details...) The InohClient folder was manually extracted from the [INOH client tool](http://inoh.hgc.jp/Web_Installers/install.htm), the MacOS app version; it runs under Java6 (after editing the shell script), but I was unable to get any result from the search by keyword (even after correcting the WS URL - gets error 301 - moved permanently), and other menu items, such as to retrieve a pathway, were disabled for some reason (perhaps it's a platform/java issue). Also, INOH BioPAX L3 data have issues; see: [issue #218](https://github.com/PathwayCommons/cpath2/issues/218). Igor DOT Rodchenkov AT utoronto DOT ca SRA at UofT, baderlab.org pathwaycommons.org
